Kraków in 2 Days: What to See and How to Get There

Getting There
Bus — the most affordable option. FlixBus and Ecolines connect Kraków with dozens of cities. From Warsaw — from €8.
Train — from Warsaw in 2.5 hours on PKP Intercity (from €15).
Plane — Balice airport, bus 208 to center for €1.50.
Day 1: Old Town
Start at Main Market Square (Rynek Główny) — Europe's largest medieval square. Visit Cloth Hall, climb St. Mary's Basilica tower (15 PLN). Walk down Floriańska Street to the Barbican.
Lunch in Kazimierz — the Jewish quarter with the city's best cafés. Try zapiekanka — local street food (from 8 PLN).
Day 2: Wawel and Kazimierz
Morning: Wawel Castle. Evening: bars in Kazimierz.
