Cookie Policy
What cookies Bus Voyage uses and how you can manage them.
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies Bus Voyage uses and why.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember your actions and preferences (such as language or currency) for a period of time.
2. What cookies we use
We use a few categories of cookies:
- Essential — enable account sign-in, session handling and basic site security; without them, some features won’t work.
- Preference — remember your chosen language, currency and other interface settings.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
3. Third-party cookies
Analytics on the site is provided by Yandex Metrica — the visit counter loads on every visit, while on-page session recording (webvisor) runs only after you accept all cookies. Google’s advertising and analytics services (Google Ads, Google Analytics) run in Consent Mode: cookieless before you consent, and fully enabled once you accept all. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling) so we can find and fix usability problems; form fields are masked and it is not used on account or booking-management pages. Before you accept all cookies it runs without cookies, after that — in full. Signing in with a Google account also sets Google’s own cookies, needed for authentication. Third-party cookies are governed by the respective service’s own policies.
4. Managing cookies
On your first visit you can choose "Necessary only" or "Accept all" in the pop-up notice. You can change your choice at any time using the button below, and also manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may break account sign-in and other site features.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the technologies we use change. The current version is always available on this page.
